Description
Switchboard Operator/Office Assistant - PART-TIME - Executive business center located in Bedford, NH, has an immediate opening for a Switchboard Operator/Office Assistant.

Excellent job for retired person!

Responsibilities Include:

Answering multi-line telephone (forwarding calls; taking messages; e-mailing messages)

Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments

Cleaning office

Interacting with and servicing customers

Occasional typing

When replying, please provide 3 professional or personal references.

Hours are 18 hours per week with flexibility to fill in for vacations, etc. This is a PART-TIME position. Please do not apply if you are seeking full-time employment. Normal hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Flexibility is a must.

Skills
Must be able to work well independently and be self-motivated; people and communication skills a must. Multi-line telephone; E-Mails; Word; Excel
