The New Hampshire Job Corps Center is seeking a dynamic, positive LPN or RN to teach LNA Home Healthcare class and to be a part of a thriving team! The New Hampshire Job Corps Center is a federally funded, residential vocational training facility. Our mission is to provide cost-free, career-based technical and academic training along with job placement assistance to low-income youths ages 16-24.
Qualifications & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advance Degree preferred.
Licensed in the State of NH as an LPN or RN.
Must be Train-the-Trainer Certified.
A minimum of two years working in a long-term care facility as an LPN required.
A valid in- State Driver’s License required.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Assists the RN in providing students with the training needed to complete and obtain their LNA Licensing.
Assist in the classroom when RN takes students to clinical.
Provides quality programs and services for students and ensures that quality is maintained and student needs are met. Pursues improvement and enhancement of programs and services.
Provides students with job leads and monitors placement of all graduates.
Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data.
Ensures Center meets or exceeds DOL/Company performance goals.
Ensures classroom is well organized and conducive to student learning. Holds students accountable for following Center's dress code/behavioral standards of conduct.
Produces quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely and accurate manner.
Mentors, monitors and models the Career Success Standards as required by the company policies.
Exchanges ideas and information, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner and contributes meaningfully to group efforts by offering relevant ideas and knowledge. Provides quality and timely information to DOL/Company when requested.
