The Opportunity:

We have an immediate opening for a highly driven and motivated Subaru Sales Consultant to join the Ed Reilly Subaru family! Previous auto sales is necessary along with demonstrated customer service and prospecting skills. We are looking for someone who is interested in building and maintaining relationships with our valued customers while promoting and selling both Subaru and other branded vehicles. This person will possess a never give up attitude while keeping lines of communication open while closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of meeting sales objectives and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

•Previous automotive sales experience required.
•Outgoing personality and customer first attitude with attention to detail.
•Ability to study and train to become a Subaru vehicle expert.
•Dedication to customers while determining their needs and vehicle options.
•Demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and technologies.
•Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency.
•Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
•Excellent verbal and written communication.
•Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
•Valid driver’s license required.
•Understanding of vehicle purchasing and leasing options.
