NFR is continuing to grow in Claremont, NH and is seeking experienced, motivated, exceptional staff to fill its Property Preservation, Inspection, and Invoicing Coordinator positions.

National Field Representatives, Inc. has built its reputation on more than 30 years of proven experience in Mortgage Field Services. NFR was formed in 1989 and since then, we have built one of the strongest national networks of pre-screened, pre-qualified contractors in the field services industry. Managed by our experienced staff, this network and our service offerings are structured to easily adjust to diverse requirements of mortgage servicers nationwide. Our office is located in Claremont, NH in the beautiful River Valley of the CT River on the border of NH and VT.

Responsibilities include coordinating and communicating with subcontractors/inspectors, customer service, data and numeric entry, utilizing quality controls, decision making, and problem solving.Must be able to use critical thinking skills to identify and resolve red flags, point out concerns, and elevate issues to the appropriate person for further resolution.

We have full-time AND part-time positions available.

Good computer/data entry skills are necessary to document situations and resolutions. Must be able to collaborate with independent contractors in a strong, respectful, calm, and professional manner. Working knowledge of residential construction and terminology is very beneficial but not required.

1-2 years in admin/clerical position. Problem identification and resolution. Ability to make decisions. Office clerical experience preferred. Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work as part of a team. Experience in banking/mortgages and knowledge of construction terminology is helpful.

High School diploma or equivalent required, with post secondary beneficial or the
