NFR is continuing to grow in Claremont, NH and is seeking experienced, motivated, exceptional staff to fill its Property Preservation Coordinator and Processor positions. Our office is located in Claremont, NH in the beautiful River Valley of the CT River on the border of NH and VT.
Responsibilities include coordinating and communicating with subcontractors/inspectors, customer service, data and numeric entry, utilizing quality controls, decision making, and problem solving. Must be able to use critical thinking skills to identify and resolve red flags, point out concerns, and elevate issues to the appropriate person for further resolution. Good computer/data entry skills are necessary to document situations and resolutions. Must know how to use Windows 7 and email. Must be able to collaborate and communicate with our customers and independent contractors in a confident, respectful, calm, and professional manner. Working knowledge of residential construction and terminology is beneficial but not required.
